Like I mentioned in the previous post, I can't believe I'm 18 weeks (officially today!) along in my pregnancy. This pregnancy has been pretty similar to my pregnancy with Charlotte. Luckily with both pregnancy I've felt pretty good overall. I kept running up until about 3/4 weeks before delivering Charlotte. I've continued to run throughout this pregnancy without any problems and plan to keep running until the end of this pregnancy as well. I've been soooo tired, just like I was when I was pregnant with Charlotte. The first trimester of this pregnancy I had a couple of weeks where nothing, NOTHING sounded good and forcing myself to eat was rough, however I only threw up once and didn't feel nauseous 24/7, just had a harder time finding food that sounded good. But it didn't last long and my appetite came back pretty quickly. So it was never really that bad. However, I never felt that way with Charlotte, I remember feeling super hungry the first trimester but eating was no big deal and if anything I probably ate too much because I was so hungry. With Charlotte I remember feeling so worried because I didn't start showing for a long time. I wore my normal clothes late into pregnancy and didn't really have a real, round, obvious bump until about 28 weeks. This pregnancy my clothes are already tight and I just feel uncomfortable in my skin. I may have to buy maternity shorts sooner than I had hoped! People were right when they say you start to shower, sooner and sooner with each pregnancy! Here are some comparison photos.

The first picture, where I'm wearing the coral cardigan was taken today (with my iphone, poor quality) at 18 weeks. The second picture in the blue dress was taken when I was 19 weeks pregnant with Charlotte. I feel like I look bigger in my 18 week picture with this pregnancy, than I did at 19 weeks with Charlotte.
Again the 18 week picture and this second one was taken when I was 22 weeks pregnant with Charlotte. I'm not that big yet, but I don't feel like it will be too long before I will be. Definitely before I hit 22 weeks with this pregnancy!
I'm just so grateful to be feeling good and to have had a healthy, safe, pregnancy thus far. Plus I've started to feel the baby move and it's the best feeling in the world! Even Mike has been able to feel the baby move on occasion. Love this babus already.
Boy or girl?
Any guesses?
PS thank you to the lovely Liz and Katie for your sweet thoughts on the last post. I know both of you completely understand my emotions right now and I found your comments very comforting and uplifting! Let's all meet up somewhere in the middle and do a race together? Perhaps after this babus arrives so I stand a chance of running with either of you for a minute or two before I eat your dust! Love you both!

you look so cute and so not pregnant, to me anyway, but that is because i was HUGE! i can't wait to hear what you will be having. i think boy, but that is just my guess.
Well look at that fun little bump! I am so so bummed that I didn't get to see you before you left. How does life get so busy and creep up on us so quickly?! It boggles my mind. The next time I see you, you'll have another child! And I think you will be having another girl. Not sure why, but that is my guess.
And ditto what others said on your last post...the amount of people who smoke outside of Utah is mind-boggling. And gross. When I came home from my mission, I swear all of my mission clothes smelled like cigarette smoke. How people live with it is beyond my comprehension.
Hope you continue to enjoy Cincinnati and being pregnant and finding running partners and waking up to frogs and birds and humidity... It all sounds very adventuresome!
Hi Laura! You look so cute pregnant! Seriously, so adorable. And I can so relate to your last post about adjusting to all the changes with the move. I am so glad to hear that Charlotte is adjusting well. I agree with you about the humidity. The summers and winters are definitely the toughest as far as the humidity goes in O-H-I-O. (summers so hot, and winters freezing) But, I absolutely love the fall in Ohio. It is so beautiful. Also, we are having the same exact problems with pools here in Cali! There are no swimming pools except for clubs! It is crazy! We finally broke down and joined one of the clubs just so my kids could take swim lessons. So expensive, though. Anyhow, sorry for the novel. I will start blogging again soon. :) I hope that you find a running partner soon.
You look amazing.
And stripes with coral/pink cardi.... smokin, Lar.
Oh my goodness we miss you guys! You look fabulous!!! Love you!
Congrats Laura and Mike! How are you guys doing? How is Cinci? Yes you do show sooner and sooner with each one ... we are expecting Baby Scott #3 Feb 5th and this one I feel HUGE with this one and I'm only 12 weeks - I was just barely telling people at this stage with the last two and I felt I had to tell at 6-8 weeks this time because I was getting ginormous!!!! And by the way - from your pictures - you do not look any bigger in the one compared to Charlotte -- YOU ARE TINY!!!!! YOU ARE LUCKY!! Hope you guys are great!
