Sorry another post about my love for September...
I can't think of anything more enjoyable to do on a Saturday night in Utah during the month of September than go to the State Fair. (Ok, maybe there are a couple of things that would measure up, but not many!)
We put Charlotte to bed and then headed out for a night of fun!
That is one big pig. (I'm referring to the one laying down of course. :) )
I hope your enjoying September as much as we are!
PS How perfect has the weather been? Can't beat low 80's and complete sunshine with blues skies. Another reason to love Utah and September.
Do you go to your state fair?
What's the biggest animal you have ever seen?
Do you have to play the games at the fair? Ever won a prize?
Please share!

best post i read all day. love your humor. i am glad it was so fun. remember when i took you to lonestar. that was SO fun and the best fair experience i have ever had. since it is the only fair experience i have ever had. good times!
I love the State Fair, although I haven't been able to go for the last 4 years. Karly usually dances with her dance club on one or two of the days and my cousin enters their quilting contest for kids every year. I can't leave the fair without seeing all the animals (all kinds...haha) and eating a funnel cake. My mouth is watering just thinking about it. Glad you two had a night out!
I L.O.V.E the fair... really love it. My favorite part of course is the food. lucky
We've gone to our county fair the last two years and we've loved it! It helps that we have a great county fair (went to a different one also this summer and it soooo didn't compare). You'll have a blast taking Charlotte when she gets older. :) I always look at the craft competitions but never enter anything...you should enter one of your crafty creations!

Lindsey and I have gone to the fair almost every year since we started dating. The game we play is "mullet counting". Like it sounds we see who can spot the most mullets.
Lindsey is surprisingly good at the basketball games. Seriously you should see her shoot.
So you put Charlotte to be and left huh???? Just kidding. The fair is always a must and the people watching is priceless. Never knew there were so many interesting people around. Glad you got to get out and attend.
